Although the menu hews to tradition, Mizu's sushi chef 'has tricks up his sleeve, like the 'Crazy Roll' of tempura-breaded spicy tuna with flying fish roe. We love this role!!

Great happy hour deals. I had the chirashi with brown rice and it was definitely fresh. Next time I go back, I hope to try the signature rolls, they looked intensely crazy.

Really fresh sushi. Good music in the background with a great staff. BYOWine with no corkage fee as long as you spend $20 a person.

Great happy hour 3 beers and a 7 dollar cocktail list. A good number of cheap food items as well. Low key, not super busy.

One of the best sushi spots in the area (a distant 2nd place to Yama on 17th St.) but very solid nonetheless. The River Roll is a good place to start.

For $9, you get miso soup and a heaping portion of pad thai. Not a bad lunch special!

My favorite neighborhood spot the Bento box very worthwhile 19 includes the normal box items plus tempura.

Did 29 dollar groupon, great deal for one app, two reg rolls, two speciality rolls. Surprisingly filling, amazing customer service. Will certainly come back.

Nothing extraordinary, but always a solid choice for fast and fresh sushi. Atmosphere is date-worthy and they often play contemporary tunes. Lobster tempura roll is a winner.
