- Awesome sangria, great beer selection and a local coffee hangout with cheap and good food. Baristas are also super nice.
- Iced tea vat may not be cleaned regularly, so taste it before you leave because it gets funky. They sometimes pour one tea in with another (or iced coffee), so another reasn to taste.

- Beer or coffee? Great problem to have and great place to have it.
- They now keep iced tea in vat on counter. Ask what flavor it is. If barrista hesitates, ask him/her to go look as they are often wrong. Taste it before you leave.

- The iced tea is great on a warm summer night (or day). Comes unsweetened, but there's complimentary simple syrup.
- They show World Cup games on the flat screen, no matter the time of day. Catching a game there at 3am is worth it.
- You can't "borrow" books from Talking Leaves to read with your coffee.
