    The staff manning the information counter was not being professional. She asked us to take queue number. Later, the designated counter told us there was no need to queue for this type of service.

    Been here 5+ times
    LHDN or Internal Revenue Dept opens at 8am til 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Counter services are on the 9th floor, Plaza Perangsang, Shah Alam.
