    One of my Sydney favourites. Let the bar man advise you on drinks, as their range is interesting and their tastes just great. Never get the feeling of being pushed out the door despite them being busy

    If you go with the Tasting menu, make sure you order the optional course: Creamed Stilton with Spice Bread & Cumquat. Heavenly!

    For something out of this world try the Schiefferterassen Riesling from Heymann-Lowenstien... Savoury and Sexy but massively mineral!

    Sorry guys not my favorite in surry Hills. Staff were good and wine list extensive and expensive but food was a bit too "plated" for me. Don't think I'll be back in a rush.

    Wish we hadn't bothered. Feckless bar man, who didn't know his sherry from his brandy, brandy served in a white wine glass, rude, arrogant bar man, flat mixers, what a disappointment
