The drinks are a bit pricey for bring off the strip. Definitely will come back & check out the voodoo lounge for its amazing view of the strip & famous Fishbowl cocktail. Expensive but well worth it!
The rooms are very roomy and the bed was VERY comfortable. The walk from the parkinggarage to the registration was insane. Must do valet. Not on the strip but very convenient.
love that all the rooms have a fridge... best room I ever stayed in here was a suite on the 4th floor it was huge. full living, dining, bed, and unbelievable bath room with a great tub...
Apart of the Caesars entertainment property, The Rio is a great stay for your pet. They are welcomed with a nice treat basket and special services in the room per request.
Check-in service is awesome room service is definitely top of the list great food lots of entertainment couldn't ask for a better place to stay while in Vegas
One of the biggest and most famous resort, OffStrip, but shuttle available from/to Strip every half an hour. 4 different pools available, one for adults only. Rooms are clean, food is not interesting.
Rio is a massive casinoresort. There are lots of food options here, and a few shopping options. There's also a fee shuttle between Harrah's and Rio. That will get you back to the center of the strip
It smells like sewer when you turn on the water. I've experienced it in multiple rooms. It doesn't rain often in Vegas, but when it does, water will leak like crazy in your Ipanema tower room.
The Voo- European-Style pool party (meaning women tops are optional) was a chill spot. They got beach balls everywhere to I guess help aid interaction with other people. It works. Lol
What used to be the All American Burger is now the All American Bar & Grill. The food is still great and it's located by the entry to the Ipanema Tower elevators.

This place is on it’s last leg and Caesar’s better do something about it, fast! The Carnaval World Buffet used to be one of best, now it is absolutely terrible!

The area’s first all-suite resort, room sizes range from large to gargantuan. Only adults are allowed at the Voo, a European-style pool complete with go-go dancers.
Not the classiest Vegas experience to be sure, but the shuttle to the strip was a never fail the whole week. Pool was awesome. They never checked to see if you are staying at Rio so everybody goes

They Do Not offer Microwaves in the rm or on the premises. However sm Mini fridges in the rms. I believe that this the only resort that offers a "Smoking Rms" vs. other Hotels only have Non-smoking rm
The hotel is old and beat up.My wife had a package delivered to the hotel for a wedding the next day, they lost the package & kept passing the blame to FedEx.They found it after 9 hours. Stay away!
lots of hidden charges including resort fees for internet and gym access. internet was down for 3 days. and I didn't use the gym the entire 2 weeks I stayed.
Treat your tired toes to a seasonal Peppermint Patti Pedicure - a hot stone foot massage and mint aromatherapy, topped off with candy-coated nails and a sweet peppermint treat.
This casino ain't what it used to be. The seafood buffet is/was excellent but way overpriced. Years ago I won big at the craps table and I'll always be fond of this place because of that.
I'm sure that the casino manager is some 60 year old hag in the middle of menopause that sits in an office playing minesweeper. Bring a sweatshirt or something just in case, they keep this place COLD
