As a huge BBQ fan, another excellent choice, although the Mac and cheese is smoked with the flavors of the BBQ and is incredible!!!

In case you didn't read the other tips, the sweet sauce rocks! I love Biggs' Signature Sandwhich - ask them and they'll do half chopped beef and half pulled pork.

The sweet sauce is awesome. You can buy the different sauces in grocery stores. Also, Bigg's is on the Lawrence KS app for iphone/ipad!
