Easily worth the $125 for a 10 course tasting menu. 12 seats, casual, intimate setting to enjoy David Chang. 48hr sous vide short rib, fried; Ko egg with caviar. Skip wine pairings, do sparkling sake.

    Been here 10+ times
Momofuku's r always great experiences but dining at Ko is for sure the most incredible. Between molecular & asian food, favorite r the shaved foie gras & kimchi consomme with oysters + braised cabbage

The afternoon tasting during the weekends is awesome. Small staff with the chefs cooking and serving you. The egg dish is outstanding. Be sure to skip breakfast. There are no photos allowed.

An incredible experience. Food, wine and service all brilliant. Unpretentious is the best part, laid back but oh so serious about the stuff you put in your mouth. Worth every cent.

Puffed egg over dashi: four words that will always make my eyes roll towards the back of my head. If you can snag a reservation for lunch, do it. It's worth every penny. Also, rice cream cone.

Incredible experience. Relaxed, laid back atmosphere with fine dining level food. It's been a few months since I've been, but I still dream about the foie gras and lychee dish.

The egg, beef and deconstructed carrot cake were all fantastic. About 75% of the prix fixe menu is fantastic and about 25% is blah

Try to get a reservation on Sunday afternoons, that is when the site is getting the least traffic. Thus making it the easiest to get the hardest reservation in town.

Completely and totally worth it. I recommend reading as little as possible and just going in blind to take it all in. A dinner I won't forget.

BYOW. The wine list is good and there are some decent deals but corkage fee @ $45 is a better deal if you bring two nice bottles.

Crazy reservations system but so worth it. Amazing food. Extraordinary service. But what did it for me was when Jay-Z's "Can I Get A..." started playing. You win, @davidchang.
