I know that sometimes you feel "at home" at a bar, but this place is literally a converted apartment. Order a whiskey and coke (a specialty here) and boogie down all night long. GREAT MUSIC.

If not for the Schlitz sign, Danny's would be hiding in plain sight, although it's the PBR that's only $2. DJs here spin the kind of garage sale records which prove everything has limits. Even Shazam.

Cheap, well-made cocktails, a cool staff, and great music (especially soul night on the first Wednesday of the month). They only take cash and there's not a TV in the joint. Read more

Go next door (west) on the weekends if there is a line. Chances are Jimmy, Ryan, Dave, and Angel are around drinkin' and playing videogames.. Or just straight up partying! Don't be afraid to knock!
