- Bin YangSeptember 30, 2016Everything is delicious - note that the pastas tend to be oily, but hey it's good olive oil. Check the daily specials on the board (to your right). Lasagna here is always a safe bet. Smaller portions.
- Nick LosiFebruary 25, 2017It doesn't get much better than being here on a warm summer night, eating perfectly al dente pasta, simple bread and olive oil, and striking up a conversation with the people next to you.Upvoted Mar 4
- Ash PondersJune 26, 2021Lasagne if you don’t wanna think about what to get. It’s phenomenal and easy going. Pair it with a rubbish Italian import beer.
- Marco GomesOctober 23, 2018Very authentic italian pasta, cooked al dente like in Italy, the sauces are flavourful, tasty. Very cost-effective considering the location.
- Workers are a riot! The space is covered in jokes with their signage. Food is good for a rake out joint. Complimentary bread is tasty.
- Bre TempestaAugust 23, 2018Perfect for a quick meal! The patio was open tonight for a perfect summer meal. Got the lemon chicken with spinach — yum!
- This is just about the best goddamn place in SoHo. The only Italian place this side of little Italy that Italian is spoken — by staff and customers — more than English.
- Chitra AgrawalMarch 8, 2013Lived down the block from this place for 3 years and became addicted to their penne spinach ricotta, also love their chili oil which is kind of hidden near the water.

- Not the biggest fan of pasta, but at Pepe Rosso, I can eat anything. One of the best Italian places in the city, really tiny, but worth it. Recommend the Penne Vodka and Pappardelle w/ Sausages & Spic
- Lunch special is great. Always good pasta. Very small though, so don't bet on a seat. And don't stick around longer than you need to!
- KarimaFebruary 19, 2016Pasta! It's always al dente, generously portioned, reasonably priced and generally delicious. The bresaola with arugula is also pretty tasty.

- William HAugust 23, 2014Don't walk past this hole in the wall. Skip the whole "restaurant" idea and just order a plate of anything here - you won't be disappointed. Penne vodka in particular is top-notch.
- Kostya GolikovOctober 16, 2014It is located on a right hand side from the Church, not next to it, as map suggests. As of October '14 they have 'B' sanitary rating, though, the dishes are delicious and worth risking.

- Emily WilsonAugust 13, 2015The penne vodka with pancetta is delicious, but so is every other pasta on the menu.
