- Jon DJuly 2, 2016Great restaurant, if the weather is. Good try to sit outside. Lettuce wraps and burger were amazing and they served one of the best wines petit petit by Michael david winery. The labels even amazing
- Chris MillsJuly 20, 2015Fantastic bloody Mary's. They get pricy as you pile on the goodness, but oh so worth it. And you can take a bottle of mix home for wallet-friendlier indulgences.
- Jennifer SaracinoSeptember 2, 2014Delicious customizable BloodyMarys- make sure to add bacon! The clamato and salt and pepper rim are also tasty additions!
- Hector RodriguezMarch 11, 2021Great drinks and people watching if you sit outside. Ambiance is great, food is not bad, not great. Small selection of local beers the main downside in my book but great bar and spirits selection.
- Beth AnnAugust 20, 2018The lobster guac is de-lish and the shrimp and grilled avocado salad is amazing! We enjoyed our al fresco lunch on their patio. Pricey, but I would recommend it.
- Meg BermanDecember 5, 2018Stephanie's on Newbury is the perfect place for an outdoor lunch with optimal people-watching. While the entrees are superb, I recommend leaving room for the crème brûlée.
- Kelly RobertsonAugust 24, 2013The Tuna Tartar is amazing. You can also order a customized Bloody Mary including the type of Vodka, rim spices and garnishes. Try the pepper Vodka with blue cheese stuffed olives!
- Meg BermanNovember 9, 2018Stephanie's on Newbury is the perfect place for an outdoor lunch with optimal people watching. Where the entrees are superb, I recommend leaving room for the crème brûlée.
- Tania MazraaniAugust 2, 2015It's happening at Stephanie's: busy and buzzing, indoor and outdoor seating, creative menu and an intriguing selection of tap beers. Must try when you're on Newbury Street!
- Dina A.August 27, 2013Fresh salads, perfectly dressed. Ahi tuna tartare was very good. Vegetable ravioli had a strange flavor - a hint of lemongrass, perhaps. Can't say for certain. Otherwise fresh and delightful.
- Jana L.July 29, 2013Have a seat outside. Great people watching, great food, decent (on the pricey side) food. Okay for families, perfect for date night. Try the signature martini (pear is awesome!).
- Deena FreedDecember 29, 2013Make a reservation. Incredibly fast service. Terrific famous Stephanie's bloody Mary. Very good sticky bun and belgian waffle. Yum yum yum.
- Ryan TamaresMay 25, 2019Good crab cake Benedict on my 5/18/19 visit. One disappointment—jalapeño Hollandaise didn’t really have much of a hint of jalapeño flavor. Waiter wasn’t quite attentive enough.
- Coley ForestOctober 27, 2010Here's the perfect place to sit outside on a warm Autumn day and watch all the people go by. Everything on the menu looks amazing. The clam chowder is, in my opinion, some of the best in the city.
- Guy ShechterMay 12, 2013You want to swap out the meat on your eggs Benedict for some smoked salmon? That'll be a 50% surcharge from 16 to 24$. That's some fancy salmon!
- Kaely GNovember 16, 2015Great service, amazing monkey bread app, and really good eggs Benedict with homefries!
- Lola CAugust 12, 2013Went for lunch. If you love goat cheese this is your spot! The grilled cheese with avocado and goat cheese is amazing.
- Vanessa GatlinFebruary 17, 2014(Best of Boston 2013-OUTDOOR DINING) Improper Bostonian says, "After you've spent the morning stalking styles at Kate Spade (et al), there's no better way to rest and refuel than by dining at fresco."
- CarolAugust 23, 2020Didn’t know that it was a state law that you need to order food along with drinks. So don’t go if you only want drinks. Cocktails are $16. The blueberry one tastes more of gin
- Heather ColemanDecember 16, 2012Chicken pot pie was phenomenal, creamy, flavorful chicken, crisp (in the right way) veggies, and the sage crust was absolutely perfect!! Definitely recommended!
- LaurenNovember 23, 2017Come for brunch, nothing else. Pancakes are to die for! Eggs Benedict is tasty too.
- Shawn MichaelDecember 24, 2012Holy Giant Avocados, this place is top notch. Even for a San Francisco food snob such as myself. I recommend everything. You win Stephanie's.
- Gianna NebbiaApril 14, 2017I've had a few bloody Mary's in my day and this one is in the top 5. FLAVOR
- Chuck LemireDecember 26, 2012Be sure to order the calamari. It's awesome. And the homemade croutons in the chowdah you could make a meal of!!
- Maddie StittJuly 18, 2011Order the grilled cheese. It will be the best you have ever tries. Delicious combo or cheddar and goat cheese with savory avocado and tomatoes
- Katie AndradeJuly 25, 2016Really enjoyed their pancakes as well as the breakfast skillet. Very charming, popular place!
- Sarah DunnSeptember 7, 2015Delicious brunch! Sit outside for great people watching. Design your Bloody Mary!
- Shannon EliNovember 2, 2014Brought a beautiful wonderful date to this romantic Boston spot per someone's suggestion
- JulieNovember 1, 2016Good Sunday brunch - generous portions and nice outdoor seating. Service is standard. A bit pricey.
- NaomiJuly 13, 2013Patio seating is the best. Beware of the little birds. They will take the mac & cheese right off your plate!
- Ryan McMorrowNovember 12, 2022If you’re on Newbury Street and looking for a place to eat without a reservation, well…I guess it’s an option.
- Great Mac and Cheese and delicious onion rings. Sit outside for amazing people watching and great atmosphere!
- Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice is excellent on its own or in a greyhound.
- Brian DeVitoJuly 17, 2011I'm always a fan of the overstuffed burger here. Plus gorgeous outdoor seating on Newbury Street? Makes Stephanie's a no-brainer!
- eric mortensenNovember 1, 2013Skip the onion rings. They're big, but boring. The fries that come with the burger are tasty, crispy and plentiful.
- Lisa S.February 27, 2014Fantastic brunch and morning beverages! Just call early to make reservations.
- Sarah ShakerAugust 12, 2013Classic brunch spot on Newbury for make-your-own Bloody Marys and people watching.
- LexiJune 30, 2017The lobster roll was okay but not great. Going to try the mac and cheese next time! It looked so good!
- They have a great Greyhound w/fresh squeezed grapefruit juice(juicer at the bar). The food is meh. Other than that, it's a scene: people go there to see & be seen.
- Try the winter white martini, and of course the best Mac n Cheese in the hub!
