Kalle RJanuary 4, 2019Classic bar that has served craft beer since 1995. Feels very cozy, local, friendly service. The beer list isn’t the best in town anymore, but it’s worth a visit. Serves pretty good food too.

The beer menu is larger than the food menu w/~30 beers on draft! The food is consistently amazing & reservations are not accepted. Use the patio in back for lunch or dinner, or grab a beer at the bar.
My favorite bar in LA. Friendly bartenders, great beer and food; plus they have Russian River brews a bunch. A must-watch in Santa Monica.- I adore this place - great burgers, beer selection and vibe. The veggie burger is tasty..the patty itself is pretty bland, but the dressings, avocado and bread make up for it

Don't fear a sometimes crowded wait. Put your name in and head next door to Rick's Tavern for a drink. The hostess will come get you when your table is ready.

Back patio is great seating area in the fall. Good selection of top notch salads and burgers.
Try the new Main Street salad with organic chicken breast and half balsamic dressing, half coriander vinaigrette. Amazing.

The virus is my favorite beer of all time and really hard to find. Like a strong hef. Made by monks outside Munich from about 1100AD. Can't miss it.
