They only serve beer and pretzels, but that's more than enough to make this a must-visit location next time I'm in Boston. Staff is friendly and barkeeps are more than happy to share Harpoon history.

Delicious pretzels with all sorts of dipping sauce, incredible beer selection, including some that haven't been released yet. Fun, informative tour for $5. Check out the outdoor area with corn hole!

The tour is great... It costs 5$ and you can take as many samples as you can drink in 20 mins... So a lot. Get a pretzel

The UFO Flight was excellent. My favorite was the UFO Raz. The pretzels are HUGE. The peanut-butter for the dessert pretzel is incredible.

Great selection of draft beers and the pretzel with beer cheese is amazing! We didn’t have time for the tour, but hear that’s also great. Will definitely be back!

Specialty flights are the way to go, and the pretzels are delicious! Well worth the wait to get in, but if you arrive in the afternoon you may not get in to a tour.

For a $5 donation to charity, you get to see the working facility & sample unfiltered beer right from a giant vat. At tour’s end, use your souvenir glass to try all the beer you want at the mini-bar. Read more

You don't need to do the tour, just find a seat and the table and indulge in Harpoon's finest. Their on-site beer hall has seasonal beers that aren't sold in stores, either. Pretzels are legendary.

Perhaps I just caught them all on a good day, but the staff members here are honestly some of the friendliest in Boston. Nice work, Harpoon!

The outdoor space was fun with games and tents and tables. The selection of beer was good. The pretzels looked great, though we did not have any.

One of two Harpoon breweries in the US. Try a pretzel made with spent grains from the brewery's tanks.

Hell of a fun way to kill an afternoon, and the brewery tour isn't necessary. Just come, drink, and try the pretzels.

Tours are worth it! Abundant free samples and nice talk about the history of this great Boston Brewery. Also, you must try the bagels. Especially the one with IPA sauce.

Just great. Nice walk from S. Station along waterfront. $5 for unlimited tasting for 20mins. Beer garden has flights and yummy/filling variety pretzels.

Definitely worth a visit or two or more, especially if you’re a beer fan. The only negative is that the location is not the easiest to get to if you don’t own a car so plan ahead.

Tour involves free tastings at the end. Make sure to try any seasonal a or specials while they're free so you know what you want before having to start paying for drinks.

Hot as shweaty bawls in here....no air conditioning!?? Its a 90 degree day in Boston...Get it ogether, Harpoon!! The only redeeming quality tonight is the parmesan pretzel with marinara...phenomenal.

Grab a pretzel with your pint, make it salty. Also, avoid the regular beers and explore the limited batch brews. If you can, come to an x-night event, much fun

They stopped doing the free tastings when the beer hall opened, but you can still buy tix for the brewery tour. The pretzels are made with spent barley from the beer making!

Harpoon Brewery does small group tours all year round. It can be difficult to get to on public transportation so I'd recommend a taxi or Uber if you don't have a car with you. The Harpoon UFO is best!

Best tour period. You stand in a bar, listen to music, and drink as much free beer as possible. Try asking for the truffle shuffle and apple pie - you won't be disappointed.

Tour is pretty standard, as tours go, but they let you sample essentially everything on tap, which is nice. Get a pretzel at the bar afterwards.

Growlers available to go at one of the best prices around. $7.99 for great, fresh beer. Some of the specialty beers are little more. I fill up every time I am in the area.

Tour is interesting. You get ~20 min at the taps for a tasting of a limited selection of their beer. Ask the people pouring for one if the combinations. The pretzels in the beer garden are $4 and okay

Tour is no longer worth $5 even though this is the only beer I like. You don't get the full tour of the brewery anymore and you don't get to keep the tasting glass.

Try a beer flight! They have a couple different options available. Great way to get a little taste of everything. Then eat some delicious pretzels!
