Great beer selection. Solid mixed drinks. Free popcorn with your choice of seasonings to chomp on. Wrap it all up with some pinball and jukebox and you'll have a good night. 😉

One of the nicest local bars in Park Slope. Good selection of beers, great cocktails, jukebox and pinball, free popcorn, and friendly bar staff. Love Commonwealth.

fresh free popcorn there for the snacking! bartender makes respectable old fashioneds: had one with templeton rye, and a second one with knob creek kentucky straight bourbon. he did them justice.

Friendly staff and pretty much the best jukebox in all of NYC. Television, New York Dolls, Stooges, MC5, Sabbath, Replacements, Bowie, etc. -- deep cuts, not the usual suspects.

Chill, unpretentious with a great jukebox selection. re: Rushmore's Ohh La La; highly recommend to those looking for a low key night.

Honestly, this bar is stellar in comparison to others on 5th ave in south slope. Also free pop corn and pork slap on tap! Personal fav kelso nut brown too!
