We came here for beers after Acme. Decided to grab a few oysters while sitting at the bar. To my surprise, the oysters here were awesome and better than Acme. The cocktail sauce was on point!

In house brewery, I liked their Red Stallion beer, and the food was excellent. Great service by our waitress, and it was a pleasant surprise to have live Jazz music during dinner.

Preferred the German sausage over the Gator one. Note that beer flights are preset, so order the six sampler to try them all. My personal faves were the IPA and Winter Seasonal (Amber) 🍺

This place can get a bit busy, but if there's room grab yourself a space at the bar and try some good beers

Best of both worlds, mix the Black Forest and the red stallion. They are both great on there own as well! Great place, great brews!

The gris here are not southern grits. They are like crispy fried rectangles. Totally disappointed in shrimp & grits. The softshell Po'Boy is my suggestion.

Best raw oysters in the city. Big, sweet, and expertly shucked. Lorenzo is a master!

I have been eating here for 15 plus years. On this trip had 10 people that ate 8 apps, 10 dinners, lots of beer and mixed drinks total bill $550 including tip. Great value in the quarter.

All of the beers are great, but for a real treat, get them to mix the Red Stallion and the Black Forest beers. That is my fave. Also, splurge and get the baked brie AND the Southern Crispy Duck. Read more

The oysters here are excellent. Everything else, including their beers, are meh. Stop in for dozen or so oysters.

This is one of my fam's fav dining spots in NOLA. Amazing ribs and outstanding bread pudding. Tuna & seafood noodles good too. Doesn't disappoint.

The calimari was different then any other (whole pieces) but really good. The jambalaya had chicken on the bone and fried shrimp with the tail. (not a fan). The Weiss brew was decent.

The food is bland&terrible! I used to go for the raspberry wheat ale, but they shortened it by 2ounces&charging the same, which is Crazy. Cuz it's already expensive, so I'm not going back.
