Watch out for tenants cutting through parking rows while you enter or exit the garage (accident risk). Building policy is constantly violated despite being told not to shortcut through garage.

Great apartments in the bunker hill area...close to Disney Concert Hall and Music Center, and a great selection of restaurants and bars!

Horrible management and the property pool is now off limits to apartment dwellers....no reduction in rent either. Also the elevator situation is hopeless in the south tower.

This building sucks right down to it's bad management. Things are always being torn up here. Oh and tenants are no longer allowed to use the pool or tennis courts! This building sucks!
