- Hazel DemonteverdeJanuary 25, 2013I've always wanted to try this place and it didn't disappoint. The Caesar salad was so simple, so good. The spaghetti & meatballs came out steaming hot. Loved it! Tiny place though.
- CITY GRITAugust 1, 2014We weren’t sure if we stumbled into a dive bar or a kitschy “Italian” diner. Turns out, it’s a little bit of both. Simple but perfectly executed food + complex cocktails = a perfect, casual evening.
- BommyMarch 6, 2016Spaghetti is nothing fancy yet well-cooked and comforting. Ask for no meatballs if vegetarian. Orecchiette is fantastic: kind of an upscale mac & cheese. Free focaccia so skip the cheesy garlic bread.
- Jane DongMay 21, 2017Spaghetti / meatballs is a classic - meatballs definitely the highlight. Garlic bread was good but not super memorable; mozz balls are a must have. Risotto w jalapeño has more kick than you expect!
- Love this place. I have an auxiliary stomach just for their no frills spaghetti. Get the classic spaghetti and meatballs and the fried cauliflower mozzarella balls.. cheesy goodness.
- mariosgeeMarch 12, 2014The spaghetti and meatballs highlight the meatballs, the spaghetti and sauce eh..too basic. I do recommend trying it, mom and pop restaurant with a yuppie clientel.

- Ben CarrJanuary 12, 2013Order a drink (alcoholic variety) or you will be treated like a second class citizen. It's pretty sweet that you can get a 40 with your dinner though. They are a bit pricey however - $8 for a Mickey's
- Cute waiters + delicious wine/cocktails + mouth watering ceasar salad (share 1 between 2 people) + best spaghetti & meatballs you'll ever have in your life!
- scott ...August 10, 2014The flat iron steak, served with dino kale and mashed potatoes, is a flat out delicious paleo meal. A pleasant surprise for a spaghetti shack.

- Ives VidalMay 11, 2015This place is perfect, the best meatballs of San Francisco (yes, include all of them)
- ocean pilatesFebruary 18, 2013Less wait quicker seating times tend to be 5:30,7,8:40 or 10+later. There's a ton of kids at 5:30 so if that bugs you hit the bar and come later
- Bikash MishraMay 22, 2017Excellent spaghetti and meatballs! Expect a wait at this popular neighborhood spot.
- J SOctober 25, 2022Cute cozy vibe inside. Cauliflower balls are delicious. Spaghetti w meatballs solid, huge portion.

- shalzers McGeeJune 8, 2013Spagghetti and Meatballz and a full bar, who could ask for me. Try the Shalzerac if you want a cocktail with a kick.
- Mel AyerAugust 22, 2014I love spaghetti and this place does it right. Excellent wine pairings and a cool vibe.
- Lauren SpeerMarch 25, 2010LOVE this place! First off, they serve 40s of Mickeys +1,000 bonus points! The jalapeno margerita is good, but spicy. The calamari, citrus salad, branzino, meatballs=amazing. Skip the beet risotto!

- Brett LiderJanuary 15, 2015Home to the last of the rockabilly waitstaff in San Francisco. (Where did the rest of them go?)
- Save some room for the off-the-menu donut+ice cream+strawberry concoction. Scrumptious.
- Hai HoApril 7, 2019⚠️Caution: The price on the menu is the cash price. If you pay with card, you’re charged a 3.5% fee, no matter what your total is.
- ViatorStaffAugust 26, 2010Our favorite spaghetti in SF! Great garlic bread and good value menu overall. The funky decor and vibe makes for a great night out with friends.
- Rick Muha Ha Ha Ha!August 13, 2014I was unexpectedly disappointed. A little expensive for what it was. Food was good, wine was good but left with a feeling of real let-down.
- Nick SilvaMay 30, 2016I have literally never had food from Emmy's that I didn't thoroughly enjoy... and I go there a lot.
