If you go for the dinner for two (which is awesome) then be sure to upgrade to the big slice of the great wall of chocolate.- Christopher FlossJanuary 10, 2015I've been going to the Wabash PF Chang's since it opened--the quality has not diminished at all. I always get the beef fried rice and spring rolls. The food has always been fresh and very good!

The Ahi Tuna Tartare is outstanding and a nice portion for an appetizer or a light lunch.
Try the Oolong Marinated Sea Bass! Marinated sea bass in black oolong tea then broiled to perfection on a bed of spinach with ginger soy.

Adore the lettuce wraps with chicken. Recipe dates back to Cecilia Chang, the grand dame of San Francisco Chinese restaurants. Tofu makes a good sub for the chicken.
