We had 4 tapas and it was enough for three. Spanish sausage, mussels, fillet tips and shrimps. All was very good. I am sure all other options are also delicious.

No other Chelsea Spanish restaurant has the old-school charm of El Quijote. The menu is vast, so here's our advice: the shrimp in garlic sauce is top-notch, as are the pitchers of champagne sangria.

Wonderful veggie and black bean paella, and the sole in green sauce is fantastic. Portions are huge, even if you split them, so be prepared for leftovers!

Good lobster and paella. Huge portions. Sliced potatoes are dope. The ambiance of the place is like going back in time.

An institution - Hendrix and Joplin held court here; and Patti Smith & Mapplethorpe bummed drinks when they lived upstairs. It hasn't changed a bit - and after a meal, you'll thank god it hasn't.

Food is good, tons of butter and oil tho. Order about 1/3 less than you think you'll need. Portions are huge!
