The roast beef sandwich and mediterranean tuna panini are the way to go. Ciabatta is pressed to the perfect crispy/chewy ratio. And everything is pretty cheap for Soho, perfect lunch-to-go spot. $7-8

The Mediterranean turkey sandwich is so good. Get it spicy. And consider getting half of it w/ soup instead the full thing--it's huge.

Here's the breakfast sandwich everyone is raving about. Don't get me wrong, it's pretty good, but not worth all the hype in these tips. Definitely a huge value play, though.
