- Stefan StathopoulosDecember 31, 2016One of the best NY's cheesecakes.Best tasted if you leave them in rood temperature for a while, at least for my taste (I am from Greece and I like my sweets a little bit less firm and more creamy).
- Melanie MaddoxOctober 4, 2016Cheesecake, of course! If there's a line, check the bar - it's first come first serve, so even though there was a crowd outside, we sat down immediately after our show!
- Mabelle SantosOctober 19, 2016Original cheesecake is THE BEST! I walked over to Times Square to enjoy it. A slice may be too big, they also have a smaller piece called the little fella to give you your quick cheesecake fix.
- Ahmed JanahiSeptember 9, 2013It could be the best cheesecake you'll ever taste "easily". Their corned beef and pastrami combo is worth the try too.
- Siobhan DillonJanuary 23, 2023I visited on 3 different occasions, twice I had the grilled cheese, & the day I left NY I had pancakes, all were so good, that's why I ate there 3 times. The cheesecake is a must-try, 10 out of 10.
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍December 18, 2018Junior's is a New York staple when it comes to food, especially their cheesecake. I know you'll tend to avoid a diner in the middle of Times Square but I can guarantee you an amazing time here
- Nadia SwanOctober 19, 2017Shared pastrami sandwich and shared cheesecake were one of the BEST recent places. Pickles on the table reminded me of years past. If you want REAL delicious deli, Juniors is the place to go.
- AlAnoud A AlGhunaimAugust 23, 2017Best cheesecakes, not kidding! Been coming to this place for years and nothing changed❤️ but away from the desserts, try their sandwiches and steaks! Really good❤️
- Nico RodOctober 31, 2016To be honest I had my doubts when I read about the best cheesecake in NY. It looks too mainstream, nevertheless I have to say, yes, it is... :)
- Lily JungJuly 14, 2018There are many types of cakes available. I had a craving for strawberry shortcake and found it. My husband loved the chocolate cake/cheesecake cake.
- If you get a window seat facing the Shubert stage door know that you might have tourists sitting outside on the ledge eating their fries and coffee while looking up your dress. Very distracting.
- Marissa Sumiko CohenMarch 30, 2017Long lines (especially post shows) but worth it for classic yummy deli items. Matzah ball soup, potatoes pancakes, and cheesecake are all great!! Also pickles, cole slaw and beets to start are delish.
- رشـا 🐞August 9, 2015The strawberry cheesecake is delicious , like the original one in cheesecake factory . 😍🍰❤️
- Graylyn RooseFebruary 19, 2017Loved the original cheesecake. The reuben and pastrami sandwiches are gigantic..I recommend splitting an order of fries with someone if you are both getting sandwiches!
- Fernando MFebruary 28, 2022Usually cramped inside, the food is good and plenty in flavor and choices. The cheesecake is good but to cheesee IMO. You must try it at least once but there are a lot of other good choices around.
- IrinaJuly 30, 2014Great variety, however a bit overpriced (7.25$/piece). Go for traditional NY cheesecake with berries on top or a complicated combo carrotcake-cheesecake!
- The line was long in the main restaurant but all we wanted was takeout cheesecake. We went next door to the bakery instead. It did not disappoint. Original New York cheesecake in all its deliciousness
- Leo WakaAugust 23, 2014Great food! Great place! Great service! Great experience... And a wonderful cheesecake :)
- Lina YehOctober 24, 2016My favorite post-Broadway tradition! The classic cheesecake is the way to go. I've also had the matzoh ball soup and beef goulash which are good bang for your buck.
- Eli ShererJuly 31, 2013Here's the deal. The Lox platter, which includes a bagel and cream cheese, is $17.95. But you can get a bagel & crem cheese for like $3.50, and then a side of Lox for $7,95. Savings!!!
- Try to go when the Broadway shows are playing. The wait time is less since it is located in Schubert alley. Great portions and cheesecake. Love the tribute to the old Brooklyn Dodgers.
- Reuben was fantastic. Lots of good food in this restaurant. My server Sergio at the counter provided the best service I had while I was in NYC. He was amazing
- Danielle SpeirsMarch 6, 2018Me and my husband shared the something different. It was amazing. We chose the chocolate mousse cheesecake and didn’t not care for it much but neither one of us like dark chocolates.
- Tobias ReiperAugust 6, 2014If you like, or want to try, American style cheesecake it is worth a visit. The rest of the menu is good quality if not exceptional.
- Kate💎💋❤September 9, 2019Now that I’ve tasted it.. I understand why everyone talks about the juniors cheesecake! It’s very nice! coffee though was not so good.
- Spiros TheocharisAugust 20, 2016Cheesecake is heavenly!! They also have nice food for lunch or dinner. For instance the burgers were delightful!
- ShellyJanuary 24, 2020Junior', is iconic joy, from the minute you taste the pickled beets offered gratis, to the chopped liver perfection, to cheesecake extraordinary!
- Andrew C.June 12, 2016Fun to revisit this establishment. It's upper-middle diner quality. But you should be going there for the cheesecakes anyway. Staff is really friendly - chat with them!
- been to the one in Brooklyn before however the Times Sqaure location is just as great. lunchtime can be packed but it is well worth it. of course you have to have the famous cheesecake. yum!
- Cat HicksNovember 7, 2015I always make a point of getting some when I am in town and getting some delivered for when I get home. It's an institution for a good reason. It's amazing
- Cansu AltıntaşOctober 22, 2017Prices were relatively more reasonable in the very expensive area. It may be good to have a dinner while waiting for a Broadway show. I had a cheesburger which was OK.
- Nikkia J SmithFebruary 26, 2016Bacon cheese burger with onion rings and fries. It was delicious.. I didn't care for the onion rings, the batter made it taste weird.
- Christian DickmannMay 5, 2015The chocolate mousse cheesecake is very rich and (too?) huge. Junior's excels at the lighter plain cheesecakes, maybe with a fruit topping (e.g. Cherry).
- Danielle SpeirsMarch 6, 2018The something different was amazing!!! Did not care for the chocolate mousse cheesecake!! Don’t care much for the dark chocolate taste.
- Alibek DatbayevAugust 13, 2014You should come here before "high traffic hours", because people are staying in a line for an hours. But it's worth it. Great kitchen! Love their cheesecakes!
- Khokha MFebruary 25, 2018Old time favorite despite the long waiting queue. Thier omletes are good, french toast is a bit dry but I loved it. Sevice is fast & waiters are friendly
- Best cheesecake I ever tried 😍 I recommend the blueberry ✔️
- Legendary cheesecake. And they’re open late! If your hotel is nearby, snag some slices for a midnight snack~
- J ASeptember 7, 2017The cheesecake is delicious. The food is low average. Limited pancake variety, and the French toast isn't really French toast. Good seating area. Basically only come for the amazing cheesecake!
- Daniele SilvioOctober 3, 2012The steak burgers are incredibly good! Nice family atmosphere! If you're in the city you should definitely make time for a visit in one of he Junior's adresses in NYC
- Heba-I-amJuly 20, 2017The beef brisket is so delicious and it is huge! Seriously made me feel full. The coffee was good.
- B BarryJune 29, 2018I was craving for a dessert so I tried the New York cheesecake, it was pretty good but it would be perfect if the biscuit layer in the bottom was a bit more thicker
- sofie geoJune 10, 2018pricey for what it offers. Go for the pulled pork sandwich and the cheesecake, to tick the "american junk food experience" on your checklist ;)
- AlexandraOctober 28, 2012Amazing value for the prices since it is located in Time Square. I always order the chicken deluxe sandwich or the lobster roll with the brownie for desert.
- Lenny GalloJuly 1, 2015Although pricy, for a Times Square Diner, this place isn't bad. Just make sure to stick to the traditional sandwiches and burgers. You can skip the famous Cheesecake which is mediocre.
- Wendy McDilda WilsonMarch 21, 2015French Toast is yummy and the coffee is hot and good. Walter was a great waiter...very attentive on a busy Saturday morning!
- SailorMarch 18, 2018Such a confusing brand for a Times Square restaurant, from the atmosphere right down to the food outlandish claims of “world best this” etc it was just good if even that.
- New York HabitatNovember 15, 2011The food here is good but what keeps people coming back is the rich, delicious cheesecake. Stick to the original cheesecake, they just know how to do it right, time and time again.
