Last year at this same store I remember having my mac fixed by a so-called "genius guy" (to me he's more like an asshole). Year after and they now have a great staff! Kudos for improving!
Its a riot in here, yet just enough staff to help evryone. Mst ppl are here to touch and grope the gadgets, skip the entrance, go to the end to find smone who can help you without getting distracted.
Make sure you have an appointment. Then when you get there, don't assume you have to stand in line, just ask. Then expect to wait several minutes anyway.
The customer service here is impressively good considering they are constantly bombarded with customers. Visit another location though if time is an issue.
i noticed that my battery had swollen The store manager was very rude. He was telling me about the lemon law??? You guys have disappointed me big time.
I have a pair of airpods that are losing charge. The Apple Genius told me rudely that they work but just don't hold charge. Wanted me to pay $150 to replace them. Bad customer service.
Way overpriced! Felt like I was at a New Car Lot full of pesky salesman following you around trying to push products that your not even looking for down your throat
