Have to agree w/others. If you know what you need, great! If you need help, you're screwed. But sure missed this place when I lived out of state. I'm glad to have Fry's again!

Terrible service here. Asked for help, just told me a row number and that was it. Didn't even try to extend help to regards in what I needed or made sure I found what I was looking for.

Worst Frys there is. Smallest variety, the employees really don't look like they wanna be here, and the vibe definitely seems to spread in the air
When the salesman says "they don't make that," he means "they make it but we don't carry it, so buy this lesser model, ok?"
Know exactly what you're looking for; the employees are a bit underwhelming.

You are better off walking around looking for what you want. Not that they are unpleasant, they just have no clue about their floor plan.
