- Tilman BeneckeFebruary 11, 2018Cash only. Only parts of the menu were available, Music too loud. Waiter rewarded himself with 20% gratuity and included it on our bill as if we were not able to decide by ourself. Food was boring...
- Ibrahim ZeghzeghiMarch 16, 2014Mmmmm... Kinda overpriced but cool location. Now if you want a really good Brazilian restaurant you should try Favela Grill in Astoria!
- Brasil LiveApril 22, 2013Samba and Bahia night every Friday at Miss Favela. Really great brazilian band starts playing at 10pm. The place gets really busy so get there early if you want a seat for dinner.
- Lindi SantanaOctober 9, 2017Food it’s ok ,but service it’s really bad We waited for almost an hour to have our order.A $30 fee was charged because we brought a cake and had they cut it , they don’t split the bill if you ask it .
- Emilia AllonsoJuly 3, 2016From a Brazilian born and raised: the food is meh except for the bolinhos de bacalhau; go for the caipirinha de limao, others are just mixed drinks, not real caipis; the atmosphere is nice though
- Chris GellesJuly 5, 2015One of the most obnoxious sidewalk crowds I've encountered in my decade of Williamsburg-livin'. Please don't be those people.
- Natalie VApril 11, 2017The music was really fun but it was so crowded. Of course, it was a Saturday night so that was expected, but felt like they should have capped the number of people inside at some point.
- En Foco IncMarch 2, 2014The most watered down caipirinhas I've had; não valeu a pena. The music & dancing however was fantastic!
- AlcioneSeptember 16, 2012Saturday lunch is great. Live samba music, savory steak and beautiful people. Have a caipirinha on the terrace. #perfectsaturday
- Ali BriggsMarch 16, 2014This is definitely an afternoon drinking spot, dead on weekend evenings. Might have something to do with the feeling of being in a mafia movie under the Williamsburg bridge...
- gigi g.April 27, 2014Meh. I'm Brazilian and wasn't impressed. To start with, the food is not authentic. Waiters only care about money. If you don't want to order more food, they'll kick you out. NOT the Brazilian way.
- Jastine KhoJuly 11, 2017The service here is terrible and nothing special to note about the food. However, the upside is that the cocktails are strong and delicious.
- Jarryd-Lee MandySeptember 22, 2017The little waiter had the worst attitude and service ever. Good food but cash only, no specials unless at the bar. Would never go again or recommend .
- Claudia FilthJuly 8, 2015Worst service and when our waitress asked if we needed change, had the audacity of taking her tip out before returning the difference.
- Nicole SchmidtApril 9, 2018The manager/staff were so rude. My two friends and I were told that we weren't "spending enough money to sit down and eat." We were going to spend over $150 and it's CASH ONY.
- Jeanette GonzalezAugust 4, 2013Delicious! The calamari was cooked perfectly. Be patient with the service :)
- Pratheeksha KSFebruary 24, 2019On Saturdays you gotta eat up to $20 pp. Doesn't include drinks. Strange rule. But good service and yucca fries
- Mickael MarquesMay 11, 2013Nice place, the atmosphere is very good, you really can enjoy it. But the night can be really expensive very quickly ( 30% more with the tips and taxes on the original price), be careful!!
- Clarice FNovember 5, 201120 dollar cover, loud and super packed. If you're looking for a Brazilian restaurant in Williamsburg I say go to Beco.
- Bervely VictorinMarch 10, 2013Amazing authentic everything i.e. drinks, food, experience. Top ten for sure
- Vitor AndradeSeptember 24, 2015Food is okay but service is the worst. They kick you out to quickly get other costumers even if you're still eating and consuming beverages. No respect.
- Having a drink of chacaca here is like getting a smoothie and a shot of liquor all at once. Bartenders are very nice. It's relaxed and festive. A joy of a place.
- Camilo GallardoJuly 21, 2011$8 lunch special is great! Got the meat with rice and beans. fun brazilian vibes.
- AndreaJuly 17, 2011Eat outside and you can watch your bike. Hearty brunch..fried beef empanadas. Nommmmnomm
- Isabel KatzJune 25, 2018Look over your bill closely - they add gratuity into the bill without telling you.
- Escape CardonaDecember 10, 2015The food is great. The pitchers of caipirinha are strong but you'll forget and order more once the live samba band starts playing. Don't be shy. Make sure to dance.
- Shiseido RuizFebruary 13, 2010Carnival festive is in effect. Packed so if you planning to eat. Make reservation and plan to wait a bit. Good looking fun crowd.
- Cynthia FetySeptember 18, 2011$20 min per person for food on saturdays per table. The food has improved but if I go back I'd get there early & hang at the bar.
- NicoleFebruary 16, 2017Small, lively place with friendly staff. Make a reservation for weekend brunch or be prepared to wait at least an hour. Once the live music starts it gets too loud to talk/hear. Great drinks & food.
- amNewYorkOctober 24, 2011Samba music lives under the Williamsburg Bridge thanks to this roomy Brazilian restaurant/bar.
- Michelle PolerOctober 4, 2018I used to love this place, sad to see how they reduced the portions and increased the prices. On top of that: slow service and bad quality overall 😩
- Borja BurgosJuly 3, 2016Overpriced. Uncomfortable seating. Good food. Can be unpleasant when crowded.
- Dan NabavianAugust 10, 2014The dancing, live bands, and drinks are great. But I prefer stopping in when there are few people inside. It's a great place to grab a coffee, a bite to eat and watch some sports at the bar.
- Lindi SantanaFebruary 26, 2018Nothing it’s good there! Bad service , food so so , expensive , loud !
- SebMarch 24, 2019The owner Angela is just a downer. She assaulted me when I gave her feedback about my bad experience at her bar and one of the owners tried to hit me saying that I "should get a wife" # homophobic
