The guide says warm, dry August days around sunset are the best time for bats.

Bats give birth in June so it's not a good time to see them... The peaks are July and August apparently.

It's neat to stand on the bridge and watch the bats but it's even better to go on the bat cruise. The guides offer interesting bat facts and you get a better view.
