As a Chicago resident, I definitely appreciate Intelligentsia in LA. Great coffee, obviously. This location also has a nice outdoor seating area and wifi.

Fantastic iced mocha. Rich Strauss milk with nutty chocolate, balanced with great espresso. The in house made-from-scratch ganache chocolate they're using stays dissolved beautifully once iced.

The tile floor of this is the most eye catching part. But the coffee is why you should go. A lively, and usually busy place. Try one of the seasonal espressos.

Uber-trendy. The coffee is prepared with fanatisme, but the success of the place makes it hard for the time pressured baristas to reach perfection. Try to find the moment when it's less crowded. Enjoy

One of the best editions of Intelligentsia out there, possibly with one of the shortest lines too. If only they could get rid of the tons of atmosphere killing amounts of swag they put on display.

Cozy atmosphere. The baristas here are so nice and highly recommend the lavender hot chocolate. The staff was good. I can't wait to come back again next time.

One of the best coffee places in LA. Cold brew on a summer day is the best. Limited seating. Make sure to check out the cheese store next door for free samples.

I must say this coffee shops simply rocks, with vast range of delicious coffees to choose out from. But intake of too much of coffee or tea does have their bad repercussion on our oral health.

Watch out for the dive bombing pigeons! I actually had one fly right into my head. Can kind of ruin a cool coffee experience... Love the cold brew coffee. Best ever.

Coffee is good, although maybe a bit overhyped... Don't think it's worth the price, but service is good and the atmosphere is still pretty cute. The pastries look pretty amazing though.

Be ready for coffee greatness. I've been to almost every killer coffee spot. Stumptown and more. This place is legit! Best coffee served in the US and possibly the world. BUT, it will cost you :) $$$$

If you're trying to miss the crowd, go when most people get coffee, before 10am or after 6 for that all nighter. Otherwise anything in between is when to go if you wanna be seen.

Great place to see celebrities getting lattes. I'm a fan of the rather frightening Iced Angeleno (four pulled espresso shots shaken with agave nectar, milk, and ice).

A bit to pretentious for my taste. Tea is fine. Don't expect a great customer service experience. Everyone is far to hip here. Don't fight the cool. Just be judged and drink your coffee.
