Sound isn't the best if you're right up front. Staff will give you a hard time for taking photos so be subtle about it. Venue best for seated Older Person events; it can't handle rock shows.

I really don't like when I can't see at a show.
Yuval ZukermanOctober 2, 2019Terrific food - rubs and dumplings were excellent. Very. Very. Loud. No need to talk when food is that good.- Seating is a bit tight, but the venue brings in quality artists to make it worth the minor discomfort. Great, intimate spot to catch some stand-up comedy.

Great venue for a comedy show! but dear god that gin & tonic was unpalatable.

Massachusetts ConventionMarch 30, 2011Boston Common Garage is a short walk from the Wilbur Theatre. On weekends and evenings (after 4PM) parking is just $11.
Mezzanine or Balcony seating is must for the comedy shows. Don't get squished into those tiny seats & tables on the ground floor.
