I order a soy Walnutty Latte, and the Tempeh Skillet with a side of fruit (no onion, subsoy cheese). Delicious vegan breakfast. They also have vegan margarine when I'm in the mood for toast.
Get a Skip Scramble with a buttermilk biscuit as one of your sides. Load the biscuit up with the scramble and you've got an amazing open-faced breakfast sandwich.
You gotta get the Southside Specialomelette! It is bacon, green chile, cheddar, and cilantro heaven! Ask for the breakfast potatoes cooked well done, otherwise they aren't crispy and a bit blah.
