Beautiful wools and silks from Italy & UK, great cotton & linen prints from Japan, huge button/ribbon selection. Floor-to-ceiling wall of wool makes a great IG backdrop. Very knowledgeable staff.

While I was a student/ didn't know my way around employees were impatient & unwilling to help. Now that I have my own business & $ to spend (ie buying an entire bolt of silk) they are happy to assist

It is a lot of fun to just go pet all the fabrics... and the shop keepers will totally let you and still show you awesome fabrics. :)

Finest fabric store I have ever been in and I have been to many. Wonderful fabrics and knowledgeable staff. Only complaint is no customer restroom.

Excellent selection but staff is mostly apathetic. They must be so miserable and it shows. (Makes me sad that you can never make them smile!)

Amazing selection of all kinds and colors of fabric, buttons, zippers and even feathers - all carefully organized. Staff is super helpful!! Inspires me to want to learn to sew and make costumes!

Fantastic fabrics, such as Liberty of London on the 2nd floor, and lots of ribbons on the 3rd floor.

Remnants are on the top floor, occasionally the only way some of us can afford something here. Otherwise, wait for a sale.
