The stuffed challah french toast Its the best french toast that I've ever eaten in my life. The problem with it its that its too much for one person it will be great if they offer smaller size.
Sabrina's specialities are more than awesome! Great place to taste delicious american food (and trust me, I'm not a big fan😋). Friendly and helful staff!
If you ask for your steak and eggs rare, it will be RARE. It was a great cut of steak and very tasty. The blei cheesefrittata was also quite good. The potatoes are perfectly cooked.
Best breakfast in the city. If you don't get the challahstuffed French toast you're missing out. Service is fast/tends to be busy, but bar seating is likely available. SERIOUSLY GET THE FRENCH TOAST.
Sabrina's Cafe and Spencer's Too is the best place for weekend brunch! Try the stuffed French toast or Mexican specials and enjoy a fun atmosphere in close to the Philadelphia Art Museum.
Amazing service, even better food. Can't go wrong with the stuffed French toast. The coffee was really good; probably one of the best I've had. They told me it's from Louisiana.
Pro tip: Sabrina's Cafe is more than just brunch, this place serves an amazing dinner. They serve home style favorites in creative and interesting ways at dinner Too!
Call ahead to put your name on the list so you don't have to wait an hour on the weekends. One of the best brunches I have ever had. A must when in Philly!
The stuffed French toast always changes and is great (aside from the diabetic shock and food coma). Come wicked early on the weekends as they don't take reservations and you can't call ahead.
The Mels Chicken Cutlet was one of the first specials Chef Lance put on the brunch menu when he first started. People loved it so much we had to keep it around. Try it and let us know if you agree! Read more
I love this place! Found it on Yelp and tried it while in town visiting. Amazing fresh food, staff was awesome and friendly. Want to go back ASAP! Get the soup of the day!
Everything is amazing! The wait is long at brunch time but the food is worth it. I've had nachos, granola w/yogurt and berries (its enough for 2), huevos rancheros, greek salad & dinner....all great!
Get here as early as you can (8 AM is open time) on the weekends to avoid the brunch rush as hungry fans await their fix of famed stuffed French toast, Huevos Rancheros and sweet potato fries.
The specials menu is to die for. Crazy Eyed French Toast stuffed with ricotta and chocolate chip cookies? They win on the name and the deliciousness. A must-visit!
The stuffed French Toast is just as heavenly as described!! Nearly impossible to eat on your own although my boyfriend ate his. Definitely shareable & delicious :)
Breakfast is great here! Food is delish and the portions sizes are huge! Mmmmm. I had the Challah French Toast with strawberries and bananas over top. I'm about to go in a food coma shortly.
On the weekends , it's best to skip the long wait for a table and just grab a seat at the bar , it's first come first serve , so be fast and aggressive
Don't expect to actually get breakfast at night on Saturdays. They only have a limited dinner menu available, though they'll give you a menu with the breakfast and brunch items on it.
I used to think people we're nuts to wait in a long line outside to get in here, but now I totally get it! Terrific place! Great food, service and atmosphere!
If you are into the real thing, don't try the huevos rancheros. A heresy. Marinara sauce, hard tortillas, a mess of guacamole, sour cream and potatoes, no beans. A mish mash where flavors don't blend.
While all Sabrina’s are known for serving breakfast all day and their creative brunch specials, the Callowhill location is quickly becoming one of the best places to take a date for dinner. With great food, an intimate setting and it being a BYOB who could resist.
