If you order a hot or iced coffee (the regular drip coffee) you get a free refill within an hour of original purchase. Meaning I can have a second one while I wait to board the plane free!
All of the comments about this being a painfully slow Starbucks still ring true. 23 minute wait. Has the "period of transition" really lasted 1.5 years? Yes, this is a #firstworldproblem.
All of the starbucks @ seatac do not allow free modifiers (i.e. soy milk) to starbucks gold cardholders. This isn't posted and they suspiciously forget to mention it till you've paid.
Oh give em a break. It's a licensed store anyway...not run by Starbucks Corp... I.e. not trained by Starbucks. Also it's the ONLY one in the concourse...where else ya gonna go?
service was terrible. there were at least 6 ppl working and the line was barely moving. they dont express any sense of urgency. my drink order wasnt asked until i got to register. disappointing.
Easily the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, skip it and go to another. There wasn't even anyone there barely and it still took forever. God help them when it's busy
