This yoga studio/day spa, named after the paint color of the Golden Gate Bridge, is an open space of Zen in the city. Restorative and vinyasa yoga available by group classes, privates or workshops.

Get a mind-blowing massage, yo! And eat some chocolate and nuts while you're waiting. Ilya is the best masseuse I have ever had - try to get in with him for some stretching.

Thick yoga mats. Use two. Go to advanced class; smaller class size. Great arm workout
