- Once TSA has violated your privacy: The Hudson valley wine bar, near gate B6, has some excellent local wines on the menu and a comfortable lounge area. Best food and drink option at this airport.
- Lots of sandwich choices at Brioche--ham & Brie with apple slices is a winner--but ask for a fresh sandwich from the back. The ones on display looked a little wilted on the edges.Upvoted Mar 25
- Ryan PriceOctober 1, 2017Go upstairs and check out the art gallery. Always a fantastic show - it's like a tiny museum, and so much quieter than the rest of the airport.
- Have breakfast at Brioche or Micky D, at least you can get a toasted something. Nothing at Starbucks except sugar. Would kill for kale, green apples and lime drink! Next airport.
- Check In early, get through security and make it to your gate on time, so you don't miss your flight. Fly the best airline around SOUTHWEST AIRLINES!
- JamieDarbyJanuary 4, 2014Super cheap parking. Easy in easy out. Compared to JFK and LGA this place is amazing and fast. For those who complain try flying out of the city a few times and paying 30bucks a day to park.
- Ethan SommerJuly 27, 2014In 2014 the security line still is incredibly long for early morning flights. Don't assume that because your flight leaves at 6am and it is a small airport that the line will be short.
- Christopher ZollerJune 17, 2013Great food, great art, truly free wi-fi. Best of all easy access and return for car rentals. Overall one of the best I've been to.
- Michael Dylan FerraraJuly 5, 2017The business lounge is actually killer, and the wi-fi is great. I worked there for 3 hrs no problem.

- sugardaddie.comNovember 29, 2013Small airport but very efficient! Not many stores to browse if you flight is delayed but it is very comfortable and you don't really notice the lack of airline clubs. Many places to sit and plug in.

- Very nice and quaint airport. Easy to get around and great Delta staff!! ✈️
- This is a small airport with a narrow TSA screening. Be prepared for a wait even if you're TSA Pre. Chill at the Hudson Valley Bar after TSA.
- Hopefully JetBlue will someday have ERJ190 flights out of here to it's JFK hub for easy connections to westbound flights?
- Avery JenkinsOctober 9, 2012Please check to make sure you seat belt is securely fastened. Your seat back and tray table are in the full upright and locked position & all carry-on luggage is placed completely underneath the seat.
- Amber D. MarcuApril 10, 2013Seriously, quickest long security line ever. Maybe it's an unusually good day for them (after reading through previous comments), but the 5am TSA service was fast, friendly, but thorough.
- Jennifer JuckettJune 16, 2014Security here was pretty efficient, with iPads to send you to control lines (is this really needed? Maybe it tracks the traffic flow? Worked tho) and scanners for mobile boarding passes
- Since my last visit in May 2013, they've added a TSA Pre✔️ line. You still have to wait in the "main" line tho so give yourself plenty of time! :)
- Tim WedemanFebruary 6, 2012Dump your coffee before security. Take off your shoes, belt, empty your pockets. They will frisk you.
- Either lines longer than LAX or a complete ghost town. No in-between. Clean and nice food options past security, though.
- AmyNovember 2, 2012Great art. Pleasant music. No hassle. AND a meditation room! No wonder everybody who works here seems so happy :)
- Raymond ChinNovember 24, 2013I love that they deplaned from both the front and back of the airplane.
- Susan HowsonApril 14, 2013Get the name of the person helping you at ticket counters. That's so you can call and complain afterwards. You'll need to.

- Albany airport is a mess right now, try and get through it. Silks is pretty good, Starbucks is OK, found the other places to be pretty terrible so far... Try not to get here too early 😄
- DomAugust 8, 2014The Dunkin Donuts is open later than the Starbucks if you need a late night, post arrival coffee
- Long lines for 6am flights though it is a small airport. Get there early.
- C McPNovember 18, 2014Tip to the Albany airport review how buffalo handles security. Similar size airport way better security set-up. Passengers, while in line ponder the question, why aren't all the lines open?
- Mia BowmanApril 15, 2014Horrible airport -_- Security is over the top (as if this airport is in the largest city, currently 100 degrees here. I've never had a good experience here!
