- Erica RodriguezNovember 30, 2015Recently moved to this city from L.A & being Mexican American myself, I have had a hard time finding good Mexican food. The carnitas tacos & nachos are delicious! The best Iv had in Philly so far!

- Merida SJuly 13, 2013Loud at night. If you order their crab fries (now known as the "appetizer formerly known as" thanks to Chickie's and Pete's patent lawyer), they are great but spicy. Goat cheese salad pairs well.
- Try the Founders Breakfast Stout - Perfect companion to the fig tart. Brewed with oatmeal, Kona and Sumatra coffee, and dark chocolate, this Michigan masterpiece is amazing!
- Laurie SatranSeptember 20, 2011One of my two favorite neighborhood bars. Good, comforting food, cool and attentive staff, a little noisy, but the beer selection makes up for it. Try the carnitas. They will make you happy.

- Philadelphia MagazineDecember 5, 2011That charming little neighborhood bar brings neighbors of all different hoods together. The food is amazing, but the drink selection is what made it one of Philly's best bars. Read more
- Food is some of best pubfood in the area. The execution of service is well done, but beware, the customer service is hipster style (ie competent, but they could care less about interacting with you.)
- Try the Crispy Chicken Wings - Amazing! Dripping with "Dixie BBQ" sauce. Sweet, crunchy, and a bit of spice. I ordered the honey-buttered cornbread on the side!

- Try the Steamed PEI Mussels - Bacon lardons, melted leeks, lager broth, and a grilled baguette with roasted garlic aioli! Amazing!
- Philadelphia MagazineJanuary 3, 2012So tiny, but such a nice selection of drinks. And despite being packed with non-neighborhood people, it somehow maintains the vibe of the neighborhood bar it wants to be.
- Try the Steamed PEI Mussels - Incredible!! Bacon lardons, melted leeks, lager broth, and a grilled baguette with roasted garlic aioli!

- Try the Yards Thomas Jefferson Ale - Another great selection from our Philly brewery! TJ is a strong English style ale with nice hops and malts. #colonialseries

- Try the Crispy Pork Rillette Sandwich - Toasted sourdough, beer mustard, pickled radishes and shallots. Amazing!!!
- Oyinkansola AyobiojoNovember 11, 2014Yummy. The burritos were large and really good. The service could be way better.

- Kate HeinenNovember 19, 2016Was really looking forward to eating here but apparently they only serve brunch on the weekends from 9-3, however the menu suggests that the full menu is still offered. Service was pretty terrible too
