All the staff here are so educated on the products. They never leave you feeling like you’re still unsure and will talk to you as long as they have to to make sure you understand.

Customer service here is NOTORIOUS for not calling back-- especially the repairs department. Be pro-active about following up.

Rent photog equipment on Friday after 3, and return monday before 11 for only a one-day charge. But reserve your favorite lens in advance to avoid slim pickings.

Always, always disappointing. Nothing beats B&H and this place is just anemic in comparison. Crap hours, underwhelmed staff — except for the commodity stuff you can get on Amazon, horrible inventory.
