- Vivian LauMay 11, 2012Great mint julep! Actually comes in a pewter cup. Their corpse reviver is also really good. The Clover Club at Pourhouse is just a tad better than the one here though.
- Paul Ambrose LythgoOctober 25, 2015bartender chris knows what he's doing! ask him to make you a rosemary/olive oil/pine nut gin martini 🍸
- GourmetLiveAugust 15, 2011Drinks at the Diamond are divided into fun & approachable categories like Delicate, Proper & Notorious (w/ little illustrations showing which glass each cocktail comes in). And they don’t disappoint!
- Faruk AtesMarch 19, 2011Avoid the olive appetizer, try the edamame instead. Most cocktails will suit you well as long as you like the components. For a mouth-melting time, get the short ribs sub—delicious!

- Andrea SemenikSeptember 1, 2010Great spot. Upstairs over looking Gastown. Food is good, drinks are good, ambiance is good... I would definitely go there again.
- Gyoza goes in the duck sub, duck sub gets dipped in the crab and corn soup. Sip on a penicillin. Believe me.
- The bartenders will make any drink you want....Pisco Sour, Mint Julep, whatever your heart desires they seem happy to oblige.
- Ryan FergieApril 5, 2013Most unsanitary bartending I have ever seen. Bartender's fail to realize that I've is food. They use their hands to put it in drinks, pick cubes up and drop them back in the bin.
- Go on a slow night and get them to make a personalized drink for you. Just tellem what you love and nine times outta ten they'll knock your socks off.
- Meghan RodgersNovember 3, 2010The Gyoza is almost as remarkable as their Crab and Corn soup. I enjoy both with an Isabella.

- Sian PairaudeauSeptember 9, 2009Go to the Diamond for the excellent cocktails but make sure you soak up the booze with the wicked Vietnamese-style duck sub sandwich.
- Drew DaviesSeptember 21, 2009Ask for the off menu mint julep. It comes in a traditional pewter cup and packs a punch.
