Great place to play ball, plenty of courts, and I never have trouble finding an open court or game to join.

Good bones but suffers from some neglect. There are homeless in tents across from the park. I had an awkward conversation with a guy by the handball court who bragged about how many guys he's shot.

The equipment around the baseball/soccer fields can actually give you a decent workout that uses your own body weight!

Don't leave your shoes out front of uour place in yhis neighborhood, they may get stolen like mines did.

The indoor gym at the Poinsettia Park Recreation Center is AIR-CONDITIONED and has several electrical outlets to charge phone. :-)

Watch out for joe blow sitting in a car across the street with window down and camera. Watches for dogs off leashes and reports to cops on bikes. Heavy fine.
