Lauren SandellAugust 8, 2012This is absolutely one of my favorite bars in Austin. By far. The staff is so awesome and friendly. So many endless options for drinks at outstandingly low prices. The food is great. Service rocks.
Great bar with a great patio. Cheap too. It gets a little crowded on the weekends and the bathroom situation sucks sometimes... but it's still one of my favorite places to grab a drink.
A quality draught beer selection North of town finally! Decent food, friendly staff, nice patio, many fine local, regional and craft beers +WiFi in an historic stone building with excellent parking.

Awesome people, service, and good food! I love to come early for happy hour and watch movies with the bartenders! People! Stop bringing your toddlers to this place! Leave them with a babysitter!

Bartender Miguel (large gentleman with epic sideburns) was Mila Kunis' gigolo when she came to SXSW a couple years ago. Be sure to ask him about it; he loves to tell that story.
Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood bar. Solid pub menu. Cheap. Astute, professional bartenders. The inside and outside areas both have character. - The jukebox, like at all of Marcus and Brian's places, is one of the highlights. If you want an average jukebox, maybe you should try Clicks or Slick Willie's! The jukebox rocks!

During happy hour, there's no beer more than $3? I can't believe it even though I've experienced it.

Bring a towel to sit on, or wear old pants. The picnic tables are brand new and really sappy and sticky.
Apparently the bar does not know how to turn down the jukebox music. Forget about having a decent conversation here.
