If you don't have the time, order online. I ordered UGG boots for the wife on Friday and picked up at customer Service on Monday. No lines and the boots were there waiting.

You've got to get your shoes shined in the men's shoe area. A great shine dirty cheap. It's worth the drive.

Nordstrom is great! They will let you buy a pair of shoes where each one is a different size ! Great for those with an orthopedic issue

this used to be my favorite place to buy cologne but last time i was there, they moved the mens counter next to the womens perfume, its the same salesperson for both but they hardly pay the mens side
