Absolutely loveLoveLOVE The Westin St Louis - Our 3rd stay here over the years... not sure what's the appeal but StL has always been a choice of destination; cultural, arts, restaurants, you name it💗
Really nice hotel. One of my fav Westins. Huge rooms, helpful staff. Food in restaurant is v pricey, but the bar has a separate "normal food" menu that is way more reasonable (and still good.)
Friendly staff, great service, comfy beds, exc. location for a Cards game. The rooms have quality throughout; Granite counters, soaking tub, glass shower with rain maker fixture + hand held wand.
Staff was welcoming & friendly especially Joel.Spacious room.Indoor Pool. Across the street from Busch Stadium.Walking distance to Ball ParkVillage.FREE WiFi.Bed was comfortable. My rating:𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧
Great hotel but location is a but misleading. Great for a ball game but doesn't have the usual upside if other downtown hotels. There's no family-friendly restaurants and not even a coffee shop nearby
If you travel with your pet, be sure to ask about their Pet Menu! Just be sure to tell them what size dog you have or you will get an amount of food that is way too much for one dog...
If you have a car, you can avoid the pay parking lot and park at the street meters in front of the hotel for free. I was always in the car by 9am and never got ticketed at that time of day.
Don't pay for valet if there isn't a Cardinals game. Self-Park is easier and cheaper. Great, clean, friendlyhotel with easy access to Metro and St. Louis landmarks.
Despite having TWO signs on the door that say "no housekeeping" and "do not disturb," they knocked on my door THREE TIMES this afternoon and woke me! Unhappy night shift worker here!
Maurizio's is AWFUL and has NO customer service. The delivery guy cusses at you, threatens, and tries to fight you when he delivers your CORRECTED order. Don't expect them to get your order right.
Premier downtown location in the historic Cupples Station district, across from Ballpark Village, the Cardinals' Busch Stadium, and just blocks from the Gateway Arch.
