- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍February 4, 2014Peculiar spot in the middle of London if you're looking for a true British pub experience. An oasis of cask ale serenity in the hustle and bustle around you. Definitely worth a stop on your pub crawlUpvoted Feb 24
- There is only one pub in the West End, The Harp! Excellent pub serving a great and ever changing selection of fine ales and more. Never visit the area without enjoying a slice of local history.Upvoted Feb 11
- Sam MJanuary 26, 2014CAMRA-tastic though don't let that put you off, they pick beers with bold flavour profiles, some are even over 6% ;) Often crowded, with good reason - it's a lovely traditional pub and quite unique.
- Rodrigo NincaoAugust 6, 2017If you like craft beer, The Harp will be a great spot. Reasonable prices, nice beer selection and cask beer handled properly. Usually you get Dark Star and Kern on he taps.
- Prav EJuly 15, 2016Chill at the back of the pub. Its very decorative and one of the narrowest streets you can find in london just like in venice!
- Foxxy BDecember 2, 2017They take card. Gets insanely crowded, particularly along the narrow bar “strip” up front. Classic London pub feel, with folks spilling into the street & random bouts of song. TOP cask ales.
- This is the second time they have no mild on. They always had one mild on before the Fullers takeover. The recommended alternative is very nice though
- The GuardianApril 25, 2012"An oasis of calm and good cheer amid the noise and chaos of Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. Real ales, often from local breweries such as Meantime and Ascot Ales, are the draw..." Read more
- Nick SummersonNovember 4, 2013Very busy pub but worth the trip out. Upstairs seating and is a lot quieter. Proper little boozer. Good selection of ales.
- Michal RMay 2, 2016When you hit this place when it's not crowded, vibe here is fantastic just as the selection of ales is.
- Wonderful pub. Very small with a lovely little room upstairs. Normally very busy. A proper beer drinkers pub
- Matt Ta-MinAugust 20, 2015Cannot beat this pub for real ale right in the centre of London. Forget your O'Neills or any of that other chain pub rubbish and come in for a decent pint here.
- RyanOctober 31, 2013Love how they make sure you're comfortable paying £5.80 for a pint of Kernel. It's feels like they're really looking after their punters, honest place, great beer.
- Cigdem Cakci RobertJanuary 2, 2015Might be the best pub in London. Cool atmosphere, and selective ales. Plus, the portraits with the cats make you feel calmer.
- Perfect old-fashioned pub serving craft brews from within the M25 at beautifully affordable prices. A gem so close to Trafalgar Square.
- Kartik SMay 20, 2016You will return. I do everytime I'm back in London. And I bring all London visitors here as well. Great beers. Has won some camra awards
- Ahtziri GonzálezOctober 3, 2014Great place! It's fancier than a regular pub, but it still has the spirit! If you want privacy or are in a big group, try the room upstairs.
- Jenna AndersonOctober 5, 2014Great draft Guinness. A small cute pub in the heart of the West End. Many pub walks included The Harp when we lived in London.
- JernejSeptember 18, 2018Cozy pub with nice selection of beer and friendly staff. Must visit if in the area.
- Hard to beat. Beer is exceptional. Surprise your guests by bringing them in via the anonymous back door, which you reach through a tiny alley.
- Great beer selection from around the UK. Not just the same tourist swill you get at other 'pubs' in the area. Don't miss it.
- Beer obviously rotates but at the moment the Battersea Rye is rather good. Cider also good, if you don't have to get up the next day.
- Paul Anderson-FosterMarch 16, 2018Fab pub. Many fine beers. Many customers but many efficient staff too
- Keith GreywoodSeptember 14, 2016Great real ale pub, gets very busy after work. Beware - Alley at the rear gets used as a toilet...
- Hendy OngkodjojoJanuary 10, 2013Fantastic pub in the heart of London! They have 3 resident ales and for all the others, they rotate them on a daily basis!!
- Neal JosephJanuary 31, 2016All the cask beers. Fabulous downstairs bar and interesting, more intimate, quieter upstairs area.

- Dave MoffatSeptember 15, 2018Fantastic ale and cider pub. Lots of beers constantly changing. A London institution.
- Outside you must stand inside the taped line. Security police this. Alternatively you can stand across the road.
- VikashNovember 21, 2014Large selection of ales on tap. Proper London pub that also serves a good pint of Guinness
- Ed BrownAugust 3, 2011They've got Dark Star. Yum. Here's a photo of the Victorian Ruby. Very tasty but also strong as heck. A very good pub for this part of London.
- Giulia ArlettiMarch 7, 2013Good selection of ciders, very friendly staff that allowed me to taste all of them to decide what to drink!
- Chris R (thechristophe)September 29, 2016This place is tiny and rammed, so many beers to choose from you'll be sipping for days.
- A real gem in the middle of the West End - a small real pub, unpretentious & genuine, with a stellar beer & cider selection. I'll be back! Read more
