Staff was accommodating, let us check in a little early and have us free wifi. Was a great deal and very close to the business district. A little old, but clean and comfy. Nice tv!

I arrived at 11am and was happily able to get an early check in. room was obviously remodeled since some of the other comments, fridge would have been nice. I got a super rate online so no complaints.

Great rate if you work for Comcast. Great service. Renovation is slowing improving the look. Housekeeping has improved but has a way to go. Gluten Free Beer (Redbridge) at the lobby bar!

Very kind front desk staff. Lovely lobby and convenient location that's not in the middle of everything. Close enough to walk around downtown. However, my bed linens were a little stained.

SPG membership and booking with Sheraton online we got a great view on the 21st floor. Other than that pretty standard downtown hotel in a good spot for city center attractions.

Two parking payment machines at the exit of the garage. They take credit cards, but also lock up traffic after large events. Wish they'd move them by the elevators to pay before you leave as others do

Had an amazing stay here and the location was great. Wifi cost money, but is free if you book through Starwood preferred guests program.

Comfortable rooms, decent price. For it's location it's one of the better deals in the city - many tourist attractions, great restaurants, and cheaper parking are all within walking distance.

Newly renovated rooms with flat screen TVs. WiFi comped for our conference. Great view if downtown. Only things missing are the fridge and microwave.

The purple PHLASH trolley runs Fri, Sat & Sun from 10-6 pm May-October 28, 2012. Just head to stop 5, buy a $2 ticket & you'll be on your way to seeing Philadelphia's attractions and museums. Read more

Amazing staff! The ac in my unit was making a loud, metal noise. Engineer came up to check it out and front desk immediately moved me to another room and even helped me move my stuff.

Rooms were nice. The restaurant in the lobby is understaffed. Otherwise, it's a good value place to stay while in Downtown Philadelphia.

Listen to the bad tips here. Checked after a show at the Mann theater about 11:00 PM so I was committed. Hotel had an 18 wheeler with a generator supplying power and drying fans all over the lobby

The Hotel and Rooms are Nice but don't try to order anything to be delivered at the hotel, they keep packages in another room locked and it's not always available to retrieve them

Really like this place. Good folks and reasonable for the quality. Only complaint: don't charge for wifi. That's just effing greedy guys. Internet is on par with hot running water. Seriously.

Love the hotel, but would it kill them to put in a mini fridge and a microwave? Not everyone wants to eat downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. Who gives a crap about a flat screen?

Put the going green door hang on your door know for a $5 food/drink coupon. I used it for Starbucks downstairs every morning.

Renovated rooms on the 25th floor, but the AC units are still older style giant box that makes a ton of noise. Carpets don't appear to have been part of the updates, not the 1980's lobby. Not a fan!

Cheap hotel in quality and price. Be prepared to expect reasonable accommodations, expensive parking, moderately clean rooms, and a big box hotel atmosphere.

If you're a diabetic, they will not give you a sharps container, but you can give your sharps to someone "in security" who will handle their disposal. A tad demeaning, but useful

This hotel looks like it's from Soviet Russia. If you're just looking for a bed, it's fine, but pretty unimpressive.
