If you get there at 4:30, right when they open, you're sure to have a special experience. It's quiet, not insanely packed, and the chefs are in a good mood and like to chat while they work.

The Michigan rolls here are AMAZING and the new Monterrey rolls are yummy too (white tuna, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro).
