There are two distinct Marriott properties across the street from each other. This one overlooks the Riverwalk. The other one (River center) looks like a castle and is connected to a mall.

Ask for concierge level. Free water, soda, breakfast in am. On 28th floor.
The elevators keep getting stuck. don't be in a hurry to go up to your room or down to the street. patience is necesary here.
Nice hotel, but RiverCenter is across the street and is newer. Starbucks closes at 7 at both.
