They'll sometimes take you at genius bar w/out appts. Or you can make an appt on the spot for like an upland iPhone and they'll still look @ your Mac

Douche before me must not have made a genius appt or have apple self checkout- I was in and out in 5!- If you have an iPhone running the latest iOS you can now check yourself out using the Apple store app. It, fast and easy!

Great service but be sure to make an apt. Also, the guys here are all adorable.
Not very helpful or friendly. If you need help they just halfass help you.

Don't even try getting a Genius Bar appointment, in fact don't come here at all. Awful treatment to customers.
