The Big Crack with extra bacon is my favorite. I love that they have a an English muffin: I'm here for the greasy meat, not so much the bread. (So sad about what happened to The Bird in Kreuzberg.)

A real burger experience. More expensive than the average, but the meat is awesome. If you are brave, try the napalm wings. Just if you are brave, and you have an iron stomach!

Don't forget to preorder a slice of New York cheesecake when you order. it's probably the best in town. Makes me have a mouthgasm all the time. perfect!

A pilgrimage place in Berlin--one I always have to visit. Call ahead and if you're lucky, they will actually answer the phone and you can book. Otherwise, prepare to wait...and wait. But oh is it good

This place is an attraction. Serious burgers, serious prices, and a load of hand-cut fries. You just have to experience this once. Note that it's always super crowded and super loud. Reserve a table!

The Bird is a New York style bar and steakhouse, serving undoubtedly Berlin's best steaks and burgers as well as some other stuff. Sauces, dressings, everything is made fresh daily from scratch. The only cans here are the cans of 'whoop ass' which are opened when someone starts messing.
