Pro tip #1: enjoy free champagne to start. #2: great bottles of wine for sub $100; you'll barely have time to drink. #3: ask for a kitchen tour at the end; it's the behind the scenes for your meal.

Endless Champagne pour at the start of the meal! Amazing friendly and unfussy service. Ask for the kitchen tour at the end if the meal. We got to see Chef brainstorming menu ideas with his colleagues!

Food was good, naturally flavored, but more of the originality and unique use of ingredients. Every bit is like a spoonful of nature into your mouth. Ask for the tour in their back kitchen afterwards!

This isn't a meal; it's a 5 hour, 20+ courses, 50+ staff experience you'll honestly never forget. . It was a masterpiece performance we were lucky to take part in.

Have the seasonal tasting menu with wine pairings. The pickled local fruits and greens were deliciously soft and not at all overbearing, reflecting Noma’s farm-to-table approach to food. Read more

If you don't want to wait for 3 months, the sharing table is an option. Once you're there, go nuts and ask for the pairing wine as well. All the wines are organic and almost impossible to find.

Ask for the kitchen tour after you've eaten. It's amazing. Also stay for a drink and chat to the staff. They're an extraordinary bunch of people.

The World's Best Restaurant in 2012. Once El Bulli closed, Rene Redzepi took over the #1 spot. Innovative, inventive and, of course, ground-breaking approach to cooking is second to none. 1 word: GO!

What hasn't been said about Noma? It's just brilliant, my favourite five hours spent in a restaurant. Amazing from start to finish. Every meal since, somewhat unfairly, gets compared to this.
