This place is amazing! Beautiful library with two types of architecture, old and modern come together. Good place to study and read, but they also have a museum area, restaurant and exhibition space.

Stunning library, amazing reading rooms no need for ID to enter! Great place to sit and contemplate while reading. At 1pm music is played across the building for 3 minutes, and the sound is incredible

The building is a royal treasure and open to the public. Lots of shows throughout the year & has a great study hall. The building itself is fascinating for its mix between old new Danish architecture.

The Black Diamond! Make sure to explore inside, too. It's interior is almost as beautiful as it's exterior.

The royal library. They have books, a bookstore, a café, toilets and exebithion halls. We visited the permanent exebithion and the "pressefoto 2014". Amazing photos.

The Royal Danish Library is a beautiful addition to the Copenhagen cityscape. Its glistening exterior & housing of rare national treasures, makes it truly a black diamond, as it is called in Danish.

Try walking inbetween the new building and the old building, and enjoy the strong contrast between traditional danish architecture and modern danish architecture.

A good place for Reading. At one o'clock the canteen opens for the students, but be ware, at around one fifteen all the food is gone. It can be difficult to find it if you don't know your way, so ask.
