Very nice place, cozy rooms, great location and fabulous view from the 14th floor. And not expensive. One con - WiFi is sooooo sloooow!

Don't waste your money on the ridiculously expensive French water. You're in Munich! Best alpine spring water from the tap for free!

Bad wifi. Even though it is connected, the speed of connection is slower than 3G. But very near to City downtown 30 minutes walk. And public transportation connection is very good.

Poor wifi connection & speeds. Very frustrating for business travelers. But super well connected. Right next to tram/trains etc.

It's 2016 and the WiFi feels like 2007. Other than that the room is nice and the staff seemed really friendly.

nothing special really, it's ok, clean and everything, breakfast is fine, but you won't find anything special to remember. bad cocktails at the bar and yes, slow wifi

Bad cleaning they don't change the bed cover. And no room service. They have only one trolly for the luggage and you alone have to take them no one helps you bad hotel it's not 4 star hotel

The internet access here (both wifi and wired) is slow and spotty to say the least.

Very slow, difficult to connect wifi... If you manage to connect, you have only 100MB per 24-hour...

Хороший отель, прекрасное обслуживание, современные номера, wi-fi - медленный и каждый день приходиться набивать новый логин и пароль. На Рождество поздравили и подарили вкусные творожные слойки.

Хороший отель напротив вокзала, до Мариенплац 10 минут пешком, чистые номера, район приятный: вокруг и магазины, и развлечения. Приветливый персонал на ресепшн.

Hotel très bien placé, en centre ville et à quelques pas des commerces. Mais les chambres sont petites, et surtout la salle de bain n'est pas du tout pratique (la porte ouverte empêche de passer.)

Есть меню для завтраков, но цены завышены, это касается и мини-бара. В номере нет чайника, очень плохой Wi-Fi - смотреть видео, да и комфортно что-нибудь читать - нереально.

В номере был неприятный запах (похоже на духи или сигареты) - поменяли на другой без вопросов. Из негатива: горничная при уборке украла (!) пижаму девушки. В итоге так и не нашли, хотя обещали искать.
