rich MartNovember 22, 2015It's ok. Depending on what your buying, most things are expensive. If not for the long drive down the 15 fwy, I'd rather go to frys electronics. Much much cheaper.

Back up your hard drive before leaving your computer with Geek Squad!!! They usually will wipe or replace it without asking.

if you want great tech service on all your gadgets... use geeksquad instead... right inside any bestbuy..- Remember if you are returning open electronics that they charge a restocking fee!
Nothing good or bad here. Just typical Best Buy. I will say to go on a week day evening...it's a ghost town at that time.
