This is the best Starbucks downtown. Friendly staff, fast service, even when there's a long line. They even remember my order!

Seems that the new staff just doesn't pay attention. Usually have to make my drink 2 or 3 times to get it right.

Go elsewhere. There are several other Starbucks in close proximity and with decent service. Bad attitudes prevail here late in the day. Mornings are better.

"door's open isn't it?" was the rude reply when asked if they were closed. Ignoring me, closing shop and no trash bins lined. I work at Starbucks and this one is unfriendly, sassy and messy.
